Optum Help Centre - our new support portal

We have moved our support service to a new portal, Optum Help Centre.

You can find a guide on how to raise cases on Optum Help Centre.

Existing PharmOutcomes Users


We have created Optum Help Centre accounts for all existing PharmOutcomes users.
To log in to the new portal:


1. Go to Optum Help Centre

2. Input the same email address you use for PharmOutcomes.

3. Follow the instructions to access Optum Help Centre or reset your password.
