For support or suggestions, questions or problems please send us a message using the form below - we'll get back to you as soon as we can with an answer, usually within the same day. Remember to check any spam folder you may have for a response.

Do not include Patient Identifiable data in your message to our helpdesk. Helpdesk uses normal email which is not a secure communication method.

Your login name, Pharmacy F-code or Store number as appropriate
Your organization ODS code
The name of your Pharmacy, Surgery or Commissioning Group as appropriate
After submitting a message, please do check your email for any response, as we may need clarification, or may not be able to reach you by telephone immediately.Responses will come from "Pinnacle Health Helpdesk", and you may need to check that responses are not hiding in a "junk" or "spam" folder in your email system.

Seasonal Flu Service 2021/22

The Advanced Service for Seasonal Influenza Vaccination is now live.

Introducing PreConsult

PreConsult is a new feature developed for this year's flu season. It allows initial information to pre-populate the 'flu service template ahead of the pharmacist consultation. PreConsult can be used in two different ways:

  • Patients can scan a QR code on their own smartphone and enter their own information
  • Pharmacy team members can enter patient information, in the pharmacy or during a telephone booking

By reducing the pharmacist/patient contact time, PreConsult helps reduce infection risk and increases the capacity of the pharmacy to deliver larger number of vaccinations. You can download the PreConsult User Guide for more information on how it works.

Service Delivery Supporting Materials

Providing a new, streamlined service template to further increase capacity, PharmOutcomes provides Personal Demographic Service (PDS) patient lookup, SCR 1-Click access, electronic transmission of notifications after vaccination to the patient's GP directly into their clinical system and automatic vaccination claim population in the NHS BSA Manage Your Service portal.
